Responsibilities:
  • Educate and train customers/clients by giving them a walk-through on how to use a financial program and its related features and/or products.
  • Answer customers'/clients' questions related to the program.
  • There is no selling involved, though you must sound professional and courteous.
  • Be passionate about the service; and enjoy working in a consultative service environment.
  • Be results-oriented; and enjoy the challenge of meeting or exceeding goals.
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
  • Clear speaking voice
  • Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills - both written and verbal
  • At least 6 months of continuous banking/financial account experience in a BPO company an advantage
  • Experience as a Trainer/SME an advantage
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Energetic, fun and confident personality
  • Willing to work full-time night shift
  • Desire to succeed
Work Schedule: Night Shift + Sat-Sun Off
