Chatswood Development Philippines, Inc is a real estate development and management company specializing in the leasing of commercial, office and residential serviced apartments. Chatswood Residences is a serviced apartment inside our Chatswood Center commercial area and provides short and long-term housing to expatriates, relocators, vacationers and temporary housing staff.

The Administration / Customer Service Assistant has exceptional administrative skills, excellent written and verbal communication and high levels of attention to detail. 
This is how you roll:
  • Answering reception phone calls
  • Liaising with contractor, clients and debtors
  • Creditor Registration & Compliance
  • Maintenance Requests
  • Data Entry
  • Records, Filing & Archive Management and other Office Tasks
  • Reporting
  • Insurance Renewals
  • Accounts & Debt Collection Basics (as Required)
  • Graduate from a reputable university or equivalent field
  • Minimum of 12 months or more of relevant experience providing virtual assistance
  • Minimum of 12 months or more in an Administration or Customer Service Support role.
  • VERY high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English – will be required to liaise with external clients, debtors and creditors via phone and email.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities – must be able to think outside the box.
  • Prior experience working with an international employer.
  • Team player who enjoys working in a close-knit team environment.
  • Efficient under pressure with excellent time management skills.
  • Working experience in MS Office
  • Experience working in the real estate/property management/strata management industry is desirable
  • Exposure to real estate/strata management programs is desirable
  • Proven integrity, work ethic and positive attitude towards work
Salary Range 12-13k per month equivalent (basic plus allowance)
