ACCOUNTING OFFICER (2)
 
Short Description

Accounting staff will ideally be an accounting graduate with 2-4 years experience who can easily be trained to handle clerical services in the preparation of accounting-related financial and administrative documents related to billing (receivables and payables), bank reconciliation,payroll processing and communication with our bookkeeper.
 
Duties
  • Updates and prepares monthly accounts payable reports and submit it to the budget officer/president
  • Updates and prepares monthly accounts receivable reports and uses reports to check that all receivables have been paid, with uncollected receivables filed in a separate overdue (uncollected) report
  • Reconcile and updates supplier's invoices for payments
  • Prepares voucher and process payments
  • Timekeeping for employees' payslip drafting
  • Coordinates with HR staff regarding pay deduction due to attendance occurrences andleave credits
  • Processes all payroll disputes.
  • Prepares SSS, Philhealth and HDMF remittances
  • Prepares and records monthly actual expenses report.
  • Safekeeping of receipts and filing of disburse vouchers with online delivery to external bookkeeper
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance or Management accounting with good scholastic record
  • Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency
  • Detail-oriented: hardworking and honest
  • Time management skills
  • Can work under pressure and can deliver set goals
Work Experience
  • Years of Experience: 2-4 Years
Educational Background
  • Degree(s) Required: BS Accountancy or Management accounting with good scholastic record
