GRAND CONVENTION CENTER OF CEBU is the prime, homegrown convention center in Cebu, owned and operated by 101 Restaurant City Inc. It was established in the Year 2013 of May.
 
GrandCon has long been a preferred venue for corporate functions and personal celebrations because of its expansive, versatile function spaces and state-of the- art facilities. It has also been serving the palates of hundreds of people from all over the Philippines and have become the first choice when it comes to affordable and delicious food that many patrons have grown to love.
 
It houses 3 restaurants - Grand Majestic, the forerunner and most successful buffet restaurant in Cebu; Tsay Cheng, the finest and authentic Chinese restaurant in Cebu, and Isla Sugbu Seafood City, the best seafood restaurant in Cebu.
 
SALES MANAGER
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
1. Leads the sales department of the company.
2. In charge of the company’s sales efforts and strategies.
3. Promote the company’s products and services by working closely with Marketing.
4. Responsible for estimating the demand for the company’s products and services and discovering new marketing segments.
5. Develop a strategy for product and services pricing based on the market demand and similar products and services offered by competitors.
6. Keep an eye on trends that indicate a need for emerging products and services and oversee new product and services development.
7. Set sales plans and goals for the company.
8. Prepare the department’s yearly budget and balance of the year.
9. Develops strategies and recommends procedural changes to meet competition, increases sales and profitability and improves customer satisfaction.
10. Interprets sales policies, procedures, and programs to Management sales personnel.
11. Informs management of sales efforts, progress conferring closely on any matters of special handling or unusual developments.
12. Responsible in driving the sales function and sales force by collaborating with Marketing in establishing short and long term strategies to attain the yearly sales goals.
13. Conduct sales calls, competitors check, and represent the company in conferences, trade shows, and exhibits.
14. Accompany sales team on sales calls to potential clients, to assist in the development of the account and to access the effectiveness and sales skills of the sales personnel.
15. Provides the highest quality of customer service at all times and in charge of handling and resolving customer complains.
16. Assess additional training needs based on data gathered and interaction with sales team.
17. Must have current data base/accounts.
18. With experience in hotel or restaurant as Sales Manager for 3 years minimum experience.
