HR SPECIALIST
 
Job Requirements:
  • Must have an experience relevant to the field.
  • Good to Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Can work under pressure and willing to handle employee concerns including negative reactions/feedback.
  • Excellent time management skills, process oriented and keen to details
  • Resourceful, takes initiative to get tasks done
  • Team player and can work well across many teams.
  • Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules
Job Responsibilities:
  • Creates NTE/DA for all employees and answers tickets regarding timekeeping.
  • Update schedule in the system/BOS for timekeeping related concerns
  • POC for SSS, PHIC, PAG-IBIG and BIR related matters
  • POC timekeeper in recording attendance, absences, under-time and overtime of employees. Ensures timekeeping is accurate for all employees/department and submitted on time for payroll purposes
  • Responsible for monitoring leave credits of all employee, ensure that employees leave records are updated at all times. Generate report of available leave credits for all employees at the end of year conversion to cash equivalent purposes
  • Serves Regularization and/or Annual Appraisal papers to employees
  • POC for PAYROLL ATM. Prepare documentation needed for ATM enrollment of employees.
  • POC for LAST PAY and COMPBEN related matters. Facilitation and processing of the needed documents for separated employees.
  • Coordinates with Sr. HR Specialist and Accounts department re computation and release of cheque.
  • In charge of doing SMS and/or calling out advising employees re last pay or last salary status.
  • Helps ensure HR as a dept. is compliant with the basic yet crucial task for each sub-department.
