HR AND ADMIN MANAGER
 
As our HR and Admin Manager, you are the main driver of an awesome culture that ensures a positive employee experience is maintained at all times.
 
Your goal is to design and execute employee and office culture programs that will attract and retain the brightest professionals in the industry.
 
More than any other Manager in the office, you need to be the yardstick from which all our values are measured. You will exercise the highest fairness moral discretion at all times knowing when to dispense discipline or compassion. You are the Company’s evangelist and the champion of our culture.

Responsibilities:
  • HR and Administration: Ensure delivery of an effective, comprehensive and measurable people and office management program
  • Recruitment and Retention: Oversee and manage the execution of recruitment processes and hold Department Managers accountable for the growth and retention of their employees
  • Employee and Labor Relations: Ensure that the discipline and discharge process conform to the rules of fair play and compliant with the labor laws of the Philippines
  • Performance Management: Develop and maintain programs and strategies to make sure employees' performance meet the standards of the company and hold Managers accountable to equal opportunities for all staff.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the timely administration of company and government-mandated benefits and create programs that expand these benefits as resources become available
  • Engagement: Spearhead programs and activities to ensure an engaging working environment with measurable impacts on the employees and the business
 
Qualifications:
  • At least ten years of relevant work experience with end-to-end HR processes
  • At least three years of work experience in an HR Manager/Officer capacity
  • Expertise with all components of human resource management
  • Ability to design and execute a metric-based recruitment platform for a production driven company
  • Ability to create and implement effective and comprehensive company policies and performance management programs.
  • Ability to create measurable Employee Relations programs
  • Ability to win resources for HR Programs and justify the cost
  • Highly proficient in English business communication - both spoken and written
These are a plus:
  • Experience working for Ad Agency/Digital Marketing/Software company
  • Previous work experience in top management
  • Experience and openness to working with expatriates
