CallTek Center International Inc. is a call center and a BPO company based in Cebu, Philippines. CallTek is a tailor-made business processing and technical support provider for the broadband and video/TV industry, specializing in hospitality/MDU markets.

HR SUPERVISOR
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management or related.
  • Relevant experience in a Human Resource role.
  • Solid experience or exposure of all Human Resource facets especially Employee Discipline.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong moral and ethical code.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
Job details:
  • Responsible for implementing, developing and supervising the HR practices of the company.
  • Advises managers and supervisors of government regulations and effective human resource practices with regard to employee issues.
  • Ensures all HR facets are taken cared of especially Employee Discipline & facilitates Admin hearing, minutes & prepare memos
  • Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
  • Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
  • Responsible in keeping up to date movement tracker of employees including Payroll Summary of movements/promotions and adjustments/NCNS/separations.
  • Creates HR Plans and programs for Employee Fun Days & Major Events (Beach Outing & Year-end Party)
Knowledge Required:
 
Comprehensive professional knowledge of a specific HR function and broad understanding  of the integration among the various HR functions and management. Demonstrates expert knowledge in applying HR policies, programs, and practices (e.g. compensation, staffing, training, employee relations, etc.).  Advanced level of understanding of the complexities and issues of the function and is able to lead or guide technical aspects of the programs.

  • Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Good motivational skills and experience mentoring
