HR OFFICER

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year or less work experience at HRD (in ESL industry preferable)
  • At least College Graduate preferably BSBA Major in Human Resource Management or BS/AB Psychology 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Pro-active and result-oriented
  • Working shift: 9 am -6 pm / 2 pm - 11 pm with 2 days off on Weekdays
Job Responsibilities:
  • Updates advertisement for hiring activities
  • Follow up and support applicants for teaching positions
  • Coordinate job fairs and build good alliance with universities and agency
  • Conduct orientation and meetings for new employees
  • Correspond with employees’ concerns in HR field
  • Interview with concerned employees and guide them onto the right track
  • Maintain 201 files of employees in proper manners
  • Monitor instructors’ attendance
  • Finalize the evaluation on contract regularization of probationary instructors
  • Process BIR, SSS, Philhealth and HDMF enrollment
  • Perform other related duties as required by manager
Salary: PHP 15,000 to 25,000 depending on the previous work experience and performance at the hiring session.
