Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Engineering and related field
  • With experience working in a MNC-Manufacturing or Equipment Solutions for at least about 2 years
  • Solid Technical Background
  • Experience in the Business Intelligence/Analytics market preferred
  • Experience working with services partners globally to drive joint field engagement, and build joint solutions with measurable results
  • Strong business skills for developing business models and business cases.
  • Knowledgeable in CRM or any Sales Management System
  • Highly effective in Sales Engagement and Management

List of Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the portfolio of new and existing Regional Sales Integrators Partners
  • Responsible for Sales Integrators Partners account development, enablement, joint pipeline development and management and overall joint go-to-market strategy
  • Work closely with Direct Sales teams to leverage these partnerships for account access and penetration
  • Oversee the onboarding of new Sales Integrator Partner and the continuous education of the partners, ensuring maximum adoption of products and high quality services delivered
  • Facilitate the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals.
  • Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies.
  • Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Generate monthly sales report and sales leads with updated sales stages using CRM or Any sales system
  • Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners.
  • Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • Lead the preparation of marketing campaigns for events and exhibits.
