CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL 2 SUPERVISOR
 
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of solid experience as a Supervisor in a BPO Setting
  • Experience in the fields of Customer Service, Technical Support for at least 1 year
  • Good Written and Oral English communications skills
  • Results-oriented and patient at work
  • Willing to work extended shifts, holidays and weekends
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • A Team-player
  • Proficient in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot and etc)
  • Willing to adjust to manual systems
