Our company is immediately in need of competent and dynamic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:
  • Bachelor’s degree  Major in Mechanical Engineering or with experience in Heavy Equipment Industry or in Mining Industry Motorpool
  • 1-2 years of experience in the Trucks and Construction Equipment Industry 
  • Familiar with Heavy Equipments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong Business Acumen, focused and results oriented
  • Strong Presentation Skills; a winning attitude and strong work ethic.
Job Description

  • To be trustworthy and honest at all times.
  • Directly reporting to the After Sales Technical Service Manager
  • Assists the Technical Service Manager in training of customer personnel in the proper and effective use and maintenance of equipment sold by the company.
  • Assists the Technical Service Manager in being proactive in site visits and advice to customers on effective preventive maintenance and preventive repairs of company-supplied equipment.
  • Fast supply of quality parts as needed / ordered by customers, resulting to high Parts Fulfillment Ratio (PFR).
  • Partners with the Technical Service Manager in increase sales of parts and service resulting  from proactive customer support
  • Makes sure that assets and parts kept in the warehouses are kept in good order and accurately accounted for according to established standards and procedures.
  • Carrying cost of slow moving parts/SKU is minimized.
  • And other tasked assigned by the immediate supervisor.
