In 2016, it expanded to Myanmar through the establishment of PHINMA Training Center in Yangon.

Summary of Position
The Program Head is responsible for the department’s programs, faculty and students. The position is a member of the council of deans and is expected to perform management functions, reports to the Dean and VP Academics for academic matters and to the Chief Operations Officer for operational matters. Directly reports to the Dean for day to day academic operations.
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
  • To assist the President in all matters affecting general academic and administrative policies of the school.
  • To prepare the curriculum of his/her college and keep these programs updated with current trends and development.
  • To sustain development program by encouraging faculty to pursue higher degree.
  • To develop and maintain a continuing faculty supervisory program and keep the efficiency. of instruction at the highest possible level.
  • To prepare, recommend, and coordinate teaching assignments and use of facilities.
  • To help administer the PHINMA Education Network Development Program.
  • To coordinate with management on the maintenance of the accreditation of any program under his department.
  • To ensure that faculty possess cutting edge knowledge and appropriate exposure.
  • To recommend the annual budget of his/her college for which he/she is accountable.
  • To recommend the appointment, promotion or separation with supporting evidence of faculty members for his/her college.
  • To recommend candidates for graduation of his/her college.
  • To review the credentials and performance evaluation of the faculty to determine candidates for scholarship.
