Is now searching for aspiring individuals to fill in the following vacancies:
- Must posses at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Payroll and benefits administration.
- Must be well - versed in Philippine National Wages and Productivity policies and guidelines, as well as Philippine Labor Law; advanced MS Excel skills
- Highly independent, results-oriented and has good leadership skills
- Monitors government mandates, memos, and updates
- Handles computation and releasing of last pay for separated employees and 13th month pay.
- Data entry to HRIS of payroll - related information
- Provides timely and accurate analysis, solution and feedback to payroll- related issues/ concerns
- Facilitates accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees
- Ensure that all government and statutory contributions are properly remitted.
