Is currently looking for:
The Legal and HR Manager provides both legal and human resource support to Oakridge Realty Development Corporation. She provides legal and compliance advise to upper management and other concerned parties within the Company. She also manages all aspects of human resource practices and processes including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, training, and administration.
Responsibilities / Duties:
  • Prepares drafts and/or reviews various agreements, resolutions, contracts, and documents for the Company
  • Manages legal department procedures and initiatives
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements whether national or local in all aspects of the Company’s operations
  • Ensures all of ORDC’s transactions and procedures comply with corporate laws and regulations, including preparing for necessary documents for compliance
  • Represents the Company in legal proceedings
  • Completes other tasks as assigned by the Management
  • Develops and administers human resource plans and procedures
  • Manages the entire talent acquisition process
  • Ensures timely and accurate compensation and benefits administration
  • Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Ensures the smooth and adequate flow of information within the Company
Qualifications / Skills Required:
  • Must be a Bar passer
  • At least two (2) years’ experience as practitioner or in-house counsel
  • Excellent knowledge of Civil Law, Commercial Law, and Labor Law
  • Familiar with Human Resource processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and flexible manner
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately while adhering to organizational policies and procedures
