HR SUPERVISOR
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology or any related course
  • Strong communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills – ability to deal with people in varying levels
  • Ability to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs
  • Reliability, dependability and initiative
  • 2 – 4 year work experience in human resources, providing working knowledge in recruitment and employee and labor relations
  • Willing to be assigned is Consolacion, Cebu
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinates recruitment process for the manpower requirement of the different units and
  • offices; initiates and coordinates recruitment ads; reviews applications and resumes and assist managers with screening applicants.
  • Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
  • Assists the immediate superior in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Updates the requisitioning heads with the recruitment status.
  • Conceptualizes and implements employee and organizational development programs to assists the company in achieving goals.
  • Conducts new hire employee orientations and accurately complete requisite paperwork for new staff members
  • Counsels employees regarding work, family and family concerns.
  • Prepares reports to communicate information about employee concerns and comments and organizational actions taken
  • Arranges for employee activities and programs
  • Resolves employees’ issues and handling complaints to protect the general interest
  • Develops and ensures healthy work relationships and a supportive atmosphere at the workplace.
  • Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.
