Is currently looking for:
Reporting to:  Sales Manager &/or General Manager
AE will cover areas more accessible from his/her home base.
Employment Type: 6 months probationary period prior regularization / permanency

  • Lubricants & additives
  • Tires, tubes & flaps
  • General Servicing Equipment & Tools
We are looking for a competent, self-driven, result-oriented, and highly-motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team. The candidate enjoys finding new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients. He/she will be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of the company’s customer base, and have skills and experience in sales and in customer service.
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Find prospects and leads
  • Able to open new and sustainable accounts
  • Manage the entire sales cycle
  • Build & maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Gain thorough knowledge in all products being handled
  • Expertly explain products, and provide correct technical advice on proper product application to clients
  • Create detailed sales business plans for areas handled
  • Manage & achieve sales goals and quotas
  • Provide professional after-sales support
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Prepare and present reports on KPIs, other technical &  sales reports needed
  • Engage with entire sales team for coordinated results
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Preferably graduate of any business/marketing/technical/engineering-related course.
  • Past experience with heavy construction and mining equipment, or skill in technical selling is an advantage
  • With a valid code 2 Driver’s License, and who has driven a car or a 4-wheel vehicle for at least 2 years
  • Vast experience in using MS Office application (Word, excel, Power Point)
  • Willing to travel to assigned locations in the Philippines, preferably closer to AE's home base
  • Good negotiation skills, to sell, up-sell and cross-sell      
  • Articulate, and with great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical thinker and have problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Compliant to company policies and guidelines
