Purpose of the job
Reporting to the Country HR Head role, the HR Business Partner is responsible for managing all HR functions in the Shared Service Center and ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR support services.
He/She shall also act as Business Partner to the Head of SSC and the local management team; and works in alignment with the other Global BT shared service organization in Europe.
1. Business Partnership and Matrix Reports Management
  • Initiate open and regular communication, alignment, and feedback process with all stakeholders on key issues affecting people & the business.
  • Coach and advise people managers on people topics.
  • Challenge the status quo, proposals and perspectives to explore further options and encourage improvement initiatives.
2. Governance and Compliance
  • Deliver timely and quality information to the various stakeholders e.g. HR status updates, government mandated reports, HR MOR, third-parties (i.e. payroll service, insurance, actuarial, etc.), employee data updates, Corporate compliance reports, and others that may be required.
  • Provide support in the implementation of Corporate-driven  platforms and   processes (i.e. PMP, Talent Review, Annual Salary Review, etc.) according to established guidelines, policies & timelines.
  • Ensure deployment and full compliance to the company code of ethics and Data Privacy law, internal regulations.
3. HR Service Delivery and Improvement
  • To work collaboratively with other HR teams to drive/implement/cascade new initiatives in the areas of Workforce planning, internal transfers and promotions, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Global Mobility and Transfers, Talent Engagement and Retention, and HR Tools.
  • Explore opportunities for improvement in HR Service Delivery and implement feasible initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
4. People and Organization
  • Employee Engagement Survey – Full support in the onboarding and off boarding process, employee engagement survey, performance management program ,organiszational development, change management and support the organizational business objectives.
Qualifications & Functional Knowledge
  • University Degree holder in Human Resource Management or Psychology or Behavioral Sciences or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnership role in the relevant areas. 
  • Adequate knowledge of Philippine  employment laws and labor standards.
  • Strong proficiency in performance management, employee relations is expected.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office especially MSPowerpoint.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be willing to work in Cebu City.
