Is currently looking for:
 
SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR)
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Book demos with U.S. food industry executives based on leads provided
  • Research and source possible leads
  • Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them
  • Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics
  • Utilize Hubspot to ensure standard processes during all sales stages
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-3 years business to business (B2B) inside sales experience with a system-level solution, preferably in the food industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- You must be friendly, kind and polite, but also encourage demos
  • Previous experience in extensive phone interactions with potential customers
  • Ability to make hundreds of “cold calls” each day, including to senior executives and/or their direct reports
  • Previous experience working with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Able to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly 
  • Degree-level education preferred, but not required
