  • With at least 3-5 years Managerial experience specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational development, leadership development, facilitation, and internal consulting skills.
  • Can deal with different types of people with high maturity level.
  • Proficient in using Word, Excel, Power Point office applications.
  • Well-versed in all areas of HR facets (ER, EE, Performance Management, CompBen, Recruitment & Selection)
  • Profound knowledge of Philippine labor laws, excellent English communication skills
  • Problem-solving & decision-making skills
