Is currently looking for:
 
ADMIN SECRETARY
 
Job Qualification
  • Must be a graduate of any four year course. Graduate of a secretarial course is a plus
  • Knowledge in Stenography
  • Good communication skills
  • At least 2 years of working experience with secretarial position or admin officer
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Lahug Cebu City
  • Organized, detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task  and can work with less supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel & Power Point)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Answering calls, taking messages and answering correspondence
  • Maintain diaries and arranging appointments
  • Preparing and collaborating reports
  • Filing documents needed
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing database
  • Prioritizing workloads
  • Implementing new procedures and administering systems
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses
  • Acting as receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
  • Translating documents from English to French (vice versa)
