SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
 
Job Assignment: CAGAYAN DE ORO 
 
Marketing Responsibilities:
 
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible in developing and implementing the marketing plans and projects for the company's new and existing services such as event, public relations, advertising etc. He/she is also tasked to manage all marketing functions such as brand marketing, relationship marketing and market-oriented business. 
 
The Sales and Marketing Manager also evaluates and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns of Bamboo Bay Residence in Cagayan de Oro.
 
 Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage all marketing functions such as brand marketing, relationship marketing and market- oriented business. 
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing services such as event, public relation, advertising etc. 
  • Conceptualizes and develops marketing campaign strategies including Website, Search Engine Marketing/Search Engine Optimization, email, social media, GoogleAd Words, Online Real Estate Platforms and display advertising campaigns for QC and Davao Office. 
  • Maintains and manages company's social media accounts and create a strategy for this purpose. 
  • Develop marketing strategies to create online traffic and boost the company’s branding. 
  • Manages online branding and produce online campaigns to create brand awareness. 
  • Evaluates and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Sales Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell current projects of the company. 
  • Help team members in negotiation and closing of sales. 
  • Prepare proposal on different sales programs. 
  • Prepare presentations to clients about the company and its projects. 
  • Ensure completion of documentary requirements of closed sales.
  • Submit periodic sales reports and performance updates. 
  • Promotes positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors. 
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. 
  • Represents the company with the utmost professionalism. 
  • Reports and follows directives of CEO and Admin Manager. 
Job Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field 
  • Proven track record of positive sales performance 
  • With at least 5 years of working experience as Sales Manager
  • With Real Estate experience.
