We are looking for a driven Recruitment Manager to support our daily recruitment operations in our Iloilo City site.
 
Qualifications:

• BS/ BA degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of recruitment/sourcing experience in a high volume environment
• Prior supervisory/managerial experience preferred
• 3+ years of senior level/executive sourcing
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking  system)
• Expert level proficiency with making cold calls and profiling skill sets and motivations of prospective candidates
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Manage recruiting team including setting performance objectives, monitoring service level execution, and maintaining cost effective delivery of service
• Work on a daily basis to manage recruiter workload, in a dynamic environment to maximize productivity and efficiencies.
• Accountable for assisting in transition of workload and knowledge management to aide in rotation assignments for recruitment teams.
• Back up recruitment team during peak volume periods, including out-of-the-office support during vacation, holidays, etc.  May perform direct recruitment for positions, as appropriate. 
• Conduct 1:1 meetings regularly with direct reports utilizing the prescribed meeting outline plan which includes standard audit tools in order to ensure the most effective and efficient delivery and use of time as well as coaching, motivating and directing, 
• Conduct team meetings weekly with direct reports utilizing the meeting framework as outlined by Director.  Assess team members and build development plans utilizing for team members in order to foster growth in each role.  Encourages recruiters to be an active participant in their own development.   Provide guidance to team members on their career development plans, tools and philosophies
• Collaborate with Director and sourcing manager to develop annual/quarterly forecasted plans, including opportunistic, talent pipelining hiring initiatives as they pertain to mission critical and frequently filled talent pools Help recruiters execute the additional sourcing tactics when needed.
• Maintains Leader Point of View and acts as SME and project team participant and/or project manager on assigned RS projects.  Communicates the whys behind TA initiatives to the recruiting team in an effort to aid in change management.  Provide insight on why TA initiatives are important from the perspective of both TA and the business.  Acts as a change agent/champion for new initiatives.  Utilizes weekly team meetings to review new TA initiatives and reinforce training sessions by providing a recap in team meetings.
• Promote employee engagement through weekly team meetings and communications.  Assist team members in understanding the strategies behind RS initiatives.   Work with Director to determine and execute actions to improve engagement as measured by Vital Signs.
• Accountable for providing training, advice and counsel to recruiters and line leadership to team on day-to-day issues relating to the execution of their respective recruiting workload and needs.
• Ensure recruiters are executing on core Talent Acquisition processes as defined by the SLA for the role.  Conduct weekly audits to ensure compliance.  Offer coaching and direction to team members on a weekly basis where needed.  Core processes/tools include::
• Discovery process and documentation
• Prescreening Criteria
• CRM Usage
• Adhering to sourcing/posting recipe
• Candidate presentation tool
• Offer approval process
• Moving candidates through steps and statuses
• Documents requisition status and key events Taleo according to best practices
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on employment law.  Responsible for ensuring all team members receive required compliance training. 
• Review the audit dashboard weekly and address issues with team members in weekly one on one meeting.  Provide additional training to team members as needed.  Ensure issues are resolved by monitoring progress on dashboard.
• On a monthly basis, debrief Director on adherence to process and policies
• On a monthly basis formally review results of audit, recruiter scorecard and HM and New Hire satisfaction surveys with recruiter to drive compliance to process and improve productivity and service delivery.  Provide recruiter level journaling in Recruiter Scorecard for large variances. 
• Is able to clearly articulate the Employee Value Proposition at all times when communicating with candidates and Hiring Managers.  Ensures recruiters are consistently messaging the EVP (Employee Value Proposition) during the recruitment process and in broader interactions with stakeholders.  Provides useful examples of how EVPs can be linked to daily conversations with HMs and candidates.  Link EVPs to topics discussed in team meetings.
• Manage functional aging requisitions by analyzing, reporting and troubleshooting solutions.  Proactively report issues and solutions to your Director
• Responsible for the process / technology process adoption reinforced through team coaching and regular audits of process and technology compliance. Use weekly reports to spot audit core adoption and compliance
