Is currently looking for:
Responsible for ensuring that the products, services and product lines that fall under their domain resonate with current and potential customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Owns the development of product plans by conducting market research, creating plan schedules and crafting marketing strategies for assigned products/brands
Develop metrics to assess the success of brand/products
Establishes business model with sales and operations team to ensure viable supply, pricing and distribution systems in support of the products
Develops tools needed by sales or operations to effectively market the brand or products
Serve as point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for their particular brand(s). These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorship
Collaborate with customers and influencers, team members, sales and operations to understand customer experience and aligning it to brand vision and customer needs
Continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace to reveal emerging threats and opportunities
Maintain in-depth knowledge of existing products, solutions, and company offerings
In charge of managing and developing P&L and driving market growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
At least 2 years of brand or product management or other relevant experience
Experience working directly with designers to design and iterate on products
Knowledge of CRM and consumer marketing analytics
Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Strong project management and time management skills
Interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
