General Duties and Responsibility
  • Collecting weekly or semi-monthly timesheets, calculating bonuses, allowances & payroll-related deductions, preparing employees' compensation using payroll software.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
  • Calculate bonuses and allowances.
  • Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
  • Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees.
  • Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper).
  • Report on payroll expenses.
  • Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
  • Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.
  • Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions.
  • Coordinate with Metrobank regarding concerns & problems encountered in Metrobank Expresslink & ATM account matters.
  • Process Service Incentive, Cash Advance, SSS & HDMF Loan Application and loan requirements (like Employer Certification, fill up data needed/employment history & pay slip). 
  • Keep record and update monthly rentals.
Job Requirements:
  • Male or Female
  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • With or without experience
  • Must be computer literate/above average MS Excel
  • Strong Math & numeracy skills
  • Should be Highly trainable
