Is currently looking for:
SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
A Sales and Marketing Manager accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing and accomplishing field sales action plans.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Company policy and procedures
All employee should follow corporate policy and operational manual
See to it that process, policy and procedure are followed correctly
Provide brand direction
Follow and implement marketing calendar including promotions
Update sales kit including write up and photoshoot
Invite influencer and create events
Represent Resorts in various events and exhibition
Implements all sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
Administrator of mail chimp
Review proposal/endorsement of sales packages including banquet orders
Record and review daily sales accomplishment of sale associate (g drive)
Organize & oversee success of each event
Establish contact and database of suppliers
In charge of Corporate and Travel Agent accounts and events
See to it that the company has excellent digital presence, shall review all digital content including website, social media etc and see to it that shall be executed properly
Create digital marketing program for hotel, partnership ect.
Social Media presence is active on all major channels
All reported guest concerns must be resolved within 24 hours. Issues that are not resolved within the time line should be explained and presented during the operations meeting. All concerns should be handled properly and timely.
Well-maintained positive guest relations at all times
Implement 24-hour answer back guarantee.
Proper and complete uniforms should be worn at all times, well-ironed uniforms, proper haircut, shoes must be shine, and Identification card and nameplate is a must.
Submission of reports
Accomplishment of deliverables, reports, projects and task list.
Monitor daily and monthly schedule, training schedule of sales staff
Implement and create new promos for sales
G-Drive update and Official group chat
Employee must update all the G-Drive information as required
Implement reply to all concern & quotation within 24 hours
Although it can take extra resources, time and money, good customer service leads to customer satisfaction, which can generate positive word of mouth for your business, keep customers happy and encourage them to come back in the resort.
Sales set forth by the Board of Directors must be achieved and surpassed monthly.
Creation of collaterals and marketing tools and activities.
Develop Feasible Costings to achieve ideal Sales Achievement.
Submit Daily Sales Reports and other pertinent Documents.
