Requirments:

Bachelor’s/College degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting and related field.
At least 3 years total accounting experience
US accounting experience required
Familiarity with regulatory compliance including payroll tax reporting, PEZA and others.
Good oral and written communication skills
Must have good attention to details
Knowledge in accounting principles, practices and methods
Ability to interpret and analyze data
Ability to work with deadlines and less supervision
Must have recent experience in using Quickbooks desktop and/or Quickbooks Online
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Duties/Responsibilities

Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge
Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
