SURVEY MARKET RESEARCH ANALYSTS (VOICE)
Graduate of any Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year BPO experience
Excellent English communication and comprehension skills
Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
Provide end user, customer care, support, and consulting services, in the form of inbound and outbound phone, email, chat support and other related activities to facilitate the following related transactions with respect to online surveys
Interact with customer and ensures adherence to quality and customer service policies and procedures
Follow prescribed criteria to analyze and evaluate online survey questions and its intended results
Provide constructive feedback to customers, product owners, survey owners and the like
