HIRING: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
 
Qualifications:
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years’ work experience as Executive Assistant and/or Secretary
  • Must be a BS graduate of any 4 year office/admin/ business or related course
  • High oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be a good coordinator of schedules and logistics
  • Keen in details and results driven
  • Proficient in meeting management and business presentation
  • Can work well under pressure, hardworking with initiative and can do multi-tasking
  • Can maintain office operations (inventory, supplies management, organization, etc.)
  • Flexible, willing to work under pressure and with pleasant personality
