Job Scope
  • Brand and Social Media Management
  • Prepare marketing plan and budget.
  • Conceptualize campaigns/partnerships/evevents and promotions.
  • Ensuring achievement of sales targets in own kiosks, retail shops and other physical doors.
  • Executie and promote brand image and experience, marketing, merchandising, design and promotion, working with the marketing team to develop and execute short and long term strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Help monitor competitive activity by conducting research on new and established brands/markets, seeking areas of business opportunities.
  • Help manage the brand through social media accounts, brand website, and public relations—channels we rely on the most to create consumer demand, shape the direction and perception of the brand.
  • Project Management
  • Provide analytical and administrative support to marketing specialists and manager, update databases, handle promotion activities, liaise with vendors.
  • Responsible for supporting the Marketing Department in the development of actions that contribute to the management of the market complex (product, price, promotion and distribution) in the respective business area. This includes but is not limited to research and market analysis by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; compiling, formatting, and reporting information and materials needed to support marketing presentations; liaising with other departments in the company, PR firm, media, retailers, and suppliers.
  • Assist in the set-up, implementation, and marketing of the products through exhibits, trade events and etc.
  • Coordinate requirements for sponsorship opportunities and other event participation
  • Merchandising Management
  • Ensuring there are enough stocks during events, promo, and brand highlight
  • Ensuring good VM displays
  • Promotional Management
  • Ensuring correct promo execution
  • Suggest marketing collaterals per store/mall
  • In-charge of routing marketing materials
  • Must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Management or a related course
  • At least 2 years Brand officer is an advantage.
  • Must be exemplary in the following areas: organization and analysis, project managing, communication and writing, problem solving, people-handling, and muti-tasking.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Has a creative skillset, Photography and Adobe photoshop skills are a bonus.
  • Preferred background - Retail / FMCG
