Sakura Autoworld Inc. is an authorized Suzuki car dealer. We have branches located in Cebu, Iloilo, Kalibo, Roxas, Tacloban, OrmocDumaguete, Naga (Camarines Sur), Legazpi, Sucat (Paranaque) and Calbayog.
 
BRANCH MANAGER - TACLOBAN
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
• Supervise the activities of the branch. Implement and insure consistent compliance with the company standard operating procedure, policies, internal audit controls.
• Keep abreast with company policies, prices, and other developments.
• Prepare sales plan for the area and analyze local conditions to assist Operations Managers in marketing activities and problems, sales promotion and advertising campaign.
• Make recommendations and periodic appraisal of the branch and its personnel.
• Develop and implement action plans to correct problem areas, to insure continued growth.
• Assist in controlling the branch assets: Inventory/ receivables on short term sales and payables to maximize bottom line performance, reduce cost and satisfy customers.
• Report to operations manager new developments, trends, unusual activities of competitions that may affect our business. As well as product weakness and complaints.
• Contact regularly the end-users to get a first hand information on feedbacks regarding our products, services, and other dealer’s services to develop repeat sales and establish goodwill.
• Direct sales activities through personal contacts,  information centers and sales force.
• Enforce security and safety measures for personnel, inventories, as well as other company assets.
• Monitor and approved daily cashier’s report/transportation  and other branch expenses , documentation and other standard report of the Branch activities.
• Oversee the use and maintenance of petty cash and other funds in the branch.
• Instill cleanliness and orderliness in the branch at all times.
• Directly responsible  on all  sales transactions . Act as approving officer.
• Contribute to the preparation of the branch annual budget, including forecast of capital expenditures.
• Monitor branch operating expenses, including stationary expenditures and freight cost and take corrective action to implement.
• Monitor and help improve the performance of the shop/service income and parts sales.
• Conduct transportation cost analyses and take corrective action.
• Administer the vehicle maintenance program of Demo units and process accident reports.
• Conduct and participate in quality meetings to communicate information and resolve problems
• Conduct performance evaluation of personnel under his/her direct supervision.
• Comply with the company’s personnel policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.
 
Education/Certification Requirements:
 
• College graduate
• With professional Driver’s License
 
Experience:
 
• At least 2 years experience in Sales/Marketing
 
Other Requirements:
 
• Good  written, oral and reading communication skills in order to accurately obtain, interpret and transcribe a variety of communication and instructions
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, has the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office application ( Word , Excel and Power Point )
• Ability to manage one’s time and the time of others.
• Must be a team player multitask oriented, organized, set priorities and meet deadlines and take pride in one’s work.
