An International Inflight Catering Company operating at Mactan Economic Zone1 is in need of:
Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Administration/ Tourism/ Hotel & Restaurant Management/ Airline Administration or related field from a reputable college or university
At least 3 years experience in Sales/ Account Management. Work experience from a food or catering industry with basic knowledge in industrial catering industry is an advantage.
Good communication skills, verbal and written
Good organizational skills – attention to detail is important and a team player
Must be flexible with initiative and can handle stress
Willing to render overtime
Supporting the company’s strategies to ensure that Cebu Pacific Catering Services remains to be the market leader and most preferred airline caterer in the Cebu, Philippines
Ensuring that all correspondence from the airline clients are cascaded and shared following the internal timelines set by the organization
Ensuring that all specifications set by the clients are adhered to across all sections in the organization (from production of goods and delivery of services as well as the financial facets of the agreement).
Disseminate & distribute menu checklists, loading guides and other instructions from the client to all concerned processes in the organization
Submit menu checklist & catering package to concerned departments
On-time submission of customer reports and requirements.
Submit menu quotations & matrix to the client
Submit changes in specifications as well as revisions in the menu quotations and matrix
Respond to customer complaints and commendations
Conduct sales call or client visits
Perform and conduct flight checks
Ensure that frequent checks and meal tests are carried out
Analyze and submit reports based on specific deadlines and timelines set
