Reporting directly to the Business Controlling Director (based in Hong Kong), you will provide finance support to Operations across our global network, in order to drive continuous KPI improvement and to translate operating metrics to financial performance.

The Job

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders in commercial, marketing, finance and IT functions

• Facilitate business reviews, budgeting and forecasting processes with commercial insights through analysis of customer activities, market trends and key business drivers

• Prepare commercial finance reports (management presentations, KPI dashboards on DSO, pricing, margin by client segment, marketing ROI, conversion ratio, customer acquisition cost etc)

• Track, monitor and analyze actual versus budget / forecast / prior year variances

• Work with commercial teams to prepare Budget and Rolling Forecast on Revenue

• Drive automation of standard commercial finance reports in Tableau or similar tools

• Develop business analysis tools to analyze client profitability and price-volume impact on margin

• Conduct research on industry trends, market intelligence, competition status and other strategic areas

• Being owner of pricing process, providing finance support to pricing decision makers

The Candidate

• 5+ years of business, market or commercial finance analysis experience in multi-national corporations, preferably in service / trading / manufacturing / FMCG industries

• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot a plus)

• Knowledge of Tableau / Power BI / other data visualization tool a plus

• Excellent command of spoken and written English, and be able to communicate complex concepts in simplified manner

• Demonstrate strong quantitative skills and ability to roll up sleeves and dig into the details of numbers

• Attention to details, be able to check quality of their own work to ensure accuracy before delivery to internal customers

• Being customer-oriented through listening, observation and asking the right questions

• Fast learner and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Embrace can-do attitude and be willing to take extra step forward
