Qualifications

Looking for someone with GREAT time management and prioritization skills, needs to be able to switch between complex projects and urgent matters that may arise.
Needs to be IT Orientated , up to date with the latest Technologies and Software Solutions.
Experience with Project Management. Ticket based systems.
Needs to be able to give clear and concise instructions to fellow team members
Somebody that can manage projects/milestones/tasks & resources across different divisions
Must love to find area’s for improvement without being guided where to look
A person that used to develop processes and workflows to keep things in line
A person who understand Value Chains and their importance in an organization
Ability to recruit and Manage other people
Resourcefulness, ability to research the problem, identify the issue. Present mgmt solutions, deadlines & costs.
Ability to work with Developers to deploy business initiatives

Responsibilities

Ensure Hosting and Domain accounts are kept up to policy
Ensure Hosting accounts do not Expire
Ensure Domains do not Expire
Ensure Whois is on every site & do not Expire
Ensure SSL Certs do not Expire
Ability to Speak “TECH” with Support or Dev on issues regarding everything mentioned above
Ensure Email Forwarding and Email Filters are updated and working properly

System Integrations & New Module build outs

Ensuring current Modules are working properly
Building out reports that can be used by Staff to fulfill a work process
Ability to to work with Dev to build out needed system\integrations in 201clicks\Limelight CRM\ Klayvio
Ability to thoroughly test new builds using analytics and RAW DATA
Documenting current Modules ( Its use, logic, impact)
New Hires / Account Access / Systems Training
Creating Google Apps/ Limelight CRM / Analyzer/ 201clicks/ Clarizen accounts
Providing onboarding training how to access the systems above (basic)
Ensuring old accounts are backed up and deleted.
Ensuring adequate permissions are assigned to users.
Resolving external Google Drive requests

New Brand Launches - systems setup

Assisting in Re-Brand process, help move along IT related work
Ensure traffic sites are hosted
Ensuring all integrated Systems can handle the new brand

- 201clicks - Xverify Address Corrections
- 201clicks - Emag / Klayvio

KPIs

Ensure All BP Sites are operational with proper Hosting and Domain requirements
Understand 201clicks and current module features, implement ways to track every
Modules performance with reporting and alerts
Ensuring all IT related Rebrand work is completed, and thoroughly checked
