BRAND MANAGER – SALES & MARKETING DIVISION
 
JOB SUMMARY
 
The position is responsible for promoting the company’s brand equity and brand character with the target market and managing the product development process, including the conduct of market research and design and development of product marketing collaterals.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plans, proposes, and executes the above-the-line and below-the-line Annual Advertising Plan by considering the target market, budget, brand awareness target and corporate objectives.
  • Ensures the most cost-efficient buys and placements on television, radio, print, online (corporate, website, Facebook, etc) below-the-line, out-of-home (billboards, buses, etc) and sponsorships.
  • Executes the product concept, designs and develops the creative and launches product marketing collaterals and support for tall product lines.
  • Supervises brand marketing campaigns and checks that the design and content meets the company’s brand guidelines, market regulations, and management expectations.
  • Supervises the Corporate Wellness Events and Merchant partnerships Team
  • Supervises and coordinates with marketing research specialist and with consultants and/or suppliers on all qualitative and quantitative research work required for new product development.
  • Works collaboratively with Sales and Operations on brand promos and ensures that all associates and branch personnel are aware of the campaigns
