LOVELI SKIN BEAUTY CENTRE
Is looking for a:
Directly supervises spa staff and ensures proper completion of the staff’s duties according to Loveli Skin Beauty Centre’s standards. You are the role model that reflects the company’s values, promoting Loveli Skin Beauty Centre as the best beauty centre
Maintains a good working relationship with the spa staff, motivates and communicates with them in solving problems.
Verifies and ensures that the premises are in excellent condition.
Handles client relation concerns and resolves client problems quickly, efficiently and courteously.
Responsible for generating targeted maximum sales for the spa and achieving overall sales objective.
Flexible with time, and must be able to report to solve necessary concerns
Monitors all V.I.P clients and requests
Reviews daily Front Desk work and activities as well as client’s payments.
Ensures that all Front Desk staff are following our standard operating procedures and that they are giving excellent customer service.
Responsible in developing long-term relationship with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Completed at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year Supervisory/Managerial experience
Candidates with 3 years experience as Guest Service Agent/Officer are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent in listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Have strong Managerial Skills, Sales Oriented and has excellent leadership skills
Ability to multi-task and can work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English, Tagalog and Cebuano.
Previous Spa Managerial experience is a plus but not required.
