DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Prepares and submits to top management and other Next Process Customers accurate and timely reports.  
  • Ensures the completeness of documents received. 
  • Ensures all documents are properly filed and labeled.
  • Ensures retention and disposal of files. 
  • Prepares Bank promissory note
  • Udpating bank signatories
  • Assist with performing quality control checks on input data to ensure accuracy.
  • Scan documents into electronic record keeping system.
  • Assist departments by providing information on scanned documents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Customer Service, File Management
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast moving, deadline driven environment
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
