ACCOUNTING OFFICER
 
GENERAL TASKS AND EXPECTATIONS
  • Maintain updated reports and records in accounts assigned
  • Communicate with the manager/proprietor
  • Coordinate with government associations, suppliers and service providers
  • Ensure top security and confidentiality always
  • Customer and provider satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate with internal department leads or heads as needed
  • HR coordination
  • Equipment care
  • Check writing and disbursement
*SPECIFIC TASKS
 
*EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS: MONITORING EXPENSES BILLING AND PAYMENTS COORDINATION
  • Receive approved purchase orders / Monitor monthly utility bills for payments.
  • Prepare payment/ budget requests for approval.
  • Prepare cash withdrawal or check issuance for approved payments.
  • Coordinate with external/internal person to collect payment for disbursement.
  • Ensure all change, receipts and liquidation are accurate and balanced to the issued billing and payments.
  • Facilitate encoding of all transactions for each account
  • Maintain daily updates of expenses per location/ project.
  • Submit monthly summary of expenses to the General Manager.
MONTHLY PAYROLL EXPENSE REPORT
  • Receive monthly report from the payroll officer for payroll and Government contributions expenses;
  • Ensure it is reported to the bookkeeper together with the Company’s monthly expenses.
  • Always CC the General Manager and Proprietor in email communications with suppliers and service providers.
