CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree – Engineering courses- Mechanical, Industrial or other related Engineering courses.
Good in both oral and written communication skills, Computer literate.
Hardworking, result-oriented and self-driven team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Knowledge in public communication/public speaking is an advantage.
