Description
 
Our Scrum Masters occupy a crucial role in TwistResources operations. Based on client and business requirements, our team delivers top-notch business solutions that meet users' needs. The Scrum Master works in close collaboration with Scrum team members and reports to the Product Owner and Senior Managers.
 
Responsibilities
  • Operates as a servant-leader in service to the team’s needs.
  • Supports the team in practicing Agile principles.
  • Assists the Product Owner in managing the backlog to ensure it is properly prioritized.
  • Coordinates or facilitates scrum events.
  • Tracks and communicates agile metrics to the team
  • Helps to identify, remove and/or escalate risks, roadblocks, impediments, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Assists the team in using metrics and other artifacts to identify potential items for continuous improvement.
  • Participates in Scrum of Scrums.
Skills
  • An understanding of software development
  • Good communication, team dynamics, and servant leadership skills
  • Facilitation skills within teams and groups
  • An understanding of Agile Principles and how they’re applied in workplace culture
  • Experience resolving issues at a team level
  • Knowledge of document management tools a strong plus
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a technology environment
  • Previous experience supporting teams
  • Experience working Agile Scrum
