We are currently looking for:
Job Summary
  • The position is primarily responsible for ensuring attainment of Vehicle Sales Department’s goals & sales/revenues targets by managing and maximizing available resources.
Major Functions
  • Prepares Vehicle Sales annual budget and corresponding Sales action plans. Forecasts monthly and annual unit sales.
  • Formulates and implements sales strategies to meet performance target e.g. sales drives, market penetration and saturation activities.
  • Interfaces with external business contacts – customers (private and corporate), financial institutions, accessories suppliers, insurance agencies and other Honda dealers to establish networking and client relations.
  • Supervises day-to-day activities of the SE's such as attendance, work attitude, sales ethics, handling customer inquiries, reservations, releases, after-sales service follow-up, handling customer complaints to maintain high level of performance.   Motivates SE's to produce sales.
  • Supervises training of new SEs.
  • Prepares monthly projection or confirmation order of units to ICP to ensure availability of vehicles in the dealership.
  • Negotiates with ICP regarding availability of units to ensure sufficient level of inventory.
  • Prepares periodic reports to update management on status of sales performance and any changes affecting automotive sales.
  • Oversees/manages sales administration section i.e. sales admin assistant, LTO processor, pre-delivery inspectors.
  • Manages inventory and allocation of units.  Monitors reservations, pull-outs and release of units.
  • Signs all Sales documents before and during vehicle release.  Checks all transactions and ensures completeness of documents.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
