Responsibilities:

Place outbound sales/appointment setting calls
Listen to objections and handle them effectively
Collect information and enter into CRM
Build rapport with prospects
Meet daily and weekly campaign metrics and within deadlines

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

Candidate must have at least 6 months call center experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Knows how to identify pain points and overcome objections
Fast learner and must be flexible to changes in tasks
B2B marketing or sales experience a plus
Comfortable reaching out and building relationships with prospects
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must have a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality
Team player
Willing to work full-time on night shift
