Develops and implements Company’s Environmental, Safety and Health Management System so as to achieve and maintain a high standard of environmental & safety performance.
Plays a key role in assisting the Factory Management Team to identify and implement the requirements of local laws and regulations as well as the requirements of Wrigley / Mars Global ESH Standards.
Graduate of Engineering, Science, Occupational Health and Safety / Environmental Management (or other equivalent qualification)
At least 10 years ESH experience in a multinational food company with the last 5 years in a managerial capacity
With experience working on HACCP, GMP and Food Safety
With knowledge and understanding of Occupational and Health Standard, National Pollution Control Decree, Ecological Solid Waste Management Act, Toxic Substances and Hazardous and Nuclear Wastes Control Act, Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act
With knowledge and understanding of ISO 14001 (Environmental) and OHSAS 180001 (OHS) Standards
With knowledge of storm water management, asbestos management, air emission management and hazardous area classification principals
Willing to work in Antipolo
