We are currently looking for:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversees all aspects of the resort in accordance with the company mission statement, including maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. Responsible for the hiring, training and discipline of all resort staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Performs the role of “Standard Bearer”, ensuring that each criteria in “ Splendido basics “are communicated, understood, achieved and maintained by hotel staff.
  • Planning and organizing accommodation, banquet and other hotel services.
  • Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly.
  • Performs each criterion as contained in Splendido’s then-current “Hotel Manger’s Standard Operating Procedures” in a satisfactory manner.
  • Performs each criteria as contained in Splendido’s “Splendido’s Standard of Performance “ in a satisfactory manner.
  • Created an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction. Carrying out inspections of property and services. Planning work schedules for individuals and teams.
  • Promoting and marketing the business.
  • Monitors the performance of the hotel through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction systems and financial reports. Initiates corrective action.
  • Maintains product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiates corrective action. Deal with customer complaints and comments.
  • Addressing problems and troubleshooting
  • Develops accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives consistent with the company’s mission statement. Setting and achieving sales and profit targets.
  • Prepares financial reports for management that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends and variances. Maintaining statistical and financial records.
  • Establishes and maintains a pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, wage and compliance with established labor regulations.
  • Maintains an appropriate level pf community public affairs involvement.
  • Executes marketing, sales and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the resort’s business plan.
  • Ensures good safety practices of employees and guests, assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures. Ensuring security is effective.
  • Establishes and maintains applicable preventive maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the resort. Supervising maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the resort. Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishing’.
  • Implements and maintains effective open-door communication system that crosses departmental lines in order to reach all employees.
  • Understands the government regulations affecting hotel’s operations, ensuring resort is operated in compliance with all applicable laws. Ordinances, regulations, and requirements of any municipal and national authority.
  • Deals with the general public, customers, employees and government officials with tact and courtesy.
  • Plans and organized the work of others.
  • Accepts full responsibility for managing an activity.

Key Result Area. (KRA):
  • Increase the resort’s average occupancy level by five percent above the previous year’s level.
  • Increase the volume of repeat guest business by 10 percent.
  • Collect Guest Survey Form from 95 percent of all guest while check -out.
  • Reduce check-in and check-out times by five minutes.
  • Provide 100 % cleanliness for rooms.
  • Eliminate guest’s complaints regarding customer service to 0%
  • Target rooms revenue
Job Specification:
  • A graduate of any business-related course.
  • Should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as this position often have to relay financial information to clients and supervisors.
  • Must be driven, analytical and highly organized, and be capable problem solvers.
  • Should be able to work well alone or as a member of a team.
