ASSISTANT UNIT MANAGER ( URGENT, 40 Positions Available )
Job Description
We are looking for part time and fulltime  Asst . Unit Managers  to be developed as the next Unit Managers and Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifiers. Earn big time and travel the world for FREE by helping  others through sound Financial Education & Planning.
We need (20) full-time and ( 40 ) part-time Asst. Unit Managers:
  • Markets financial solutions of Manulife Philippines
  • Work with clients to develop individualized financial plans for savings, retirement, investments, income protection and insurance
  • Identify client's financial goals and expectations and assist them in selecting appropriate investment opportunities
  • Provide excellent, personalized customer service
  • Proactively reach out to clients to establish meaningful long-term relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
  • College graduate (any 4-year course)
  • Can attend 2 Saturday (part-time)  OR 3 Monday (full-time) meetings monthly
  • Willing to undergo trainings and take licensure exams
  • Background in sales, marketing, HR work, training is an advantage but not required
  • Has excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confidently sociable. Self-driven to achieve results
  • Proactive in pursuing self-growth
  • Passionate in advocating financial literacy
  • Highly trainable
  • Has strong analytical and strategical skills
  • Willing to work either in Ayala, Quezon Ave or Ortigas
Required Skills
  • Presentation Skills, Persuasion and Negotiation, Customer Service, Communication Skills, Listening, Selling Closing Sales
