As a Customer Care Specialist, you will deliver support to the customers and clients of the world’s biggest and best brands. You will also be responsible for;
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilize various Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Provide cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
At least high school graduate
Experience of at least six months in the BPO industry are preferred; applicants without work experience are also welcome to apply
Excellent English communication skills
Working knowledge on computers
Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Willing to work in shifting schedule

1. Cebu Online Job Fair will run from October 21-23, 2019 and will be hyped via Mynimo
2. Processing on the dates covered is from 10AM-6PM
3. A phone screener will be tasked to process applicants from both platform real-time
4. All applicants will be interviewed over the phone will then be endorsed to a Recruiter for the Initial and Recruitment Interviews
5. Applicants who will pass the Recruitment Interview will be asked to show-up at any of our sites for the exams and Validation Interview
