UTILITY STAFF

Job Specification:

Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma in any field
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
Average English Communication Skills
Experience working in an Agency is a plus
Willing to work at least 9 hours / 5 days a week (Tuesdays to Saturdays)

Job Description:

Clean building floors, pantry and reception area
Gather and empty trash.
Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs to prepare facilities for events and meetings.
