RISK AND COMPLIANCE ANALYST
 
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance or any Business-related course
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • Must have auditing skills/background
  • Must be able to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Floorwalk, ISMS, BCMS, Foxtrot, and joint assessments (ICC and CDP) to BPO projects and support groups
  • Work with functional leads/service delivery leads/SPOCs, in tracking action plans defined for non-conformances cited
  • Implement plans and strategies designed and developed for rolling out Risk and Compliance initiatives
  • Support Compliance Team in deploying PDC-wide initiatives
  • Manage internal and external compliance engagements
  • Prepare for ISO Certification and Surveillance Audit preparations
  • Perform end-to-end assessment activities from planning to closure of findings
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of required information for regular reports in audit
