Is currently looking for:
 
OFFICE RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN SUPPORT ASSISTANT
 
Areas of Responsibility:
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, and welcome the guests.
  • Assisting the guest and receiving the guest payment, letters and requests
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers and other administrative tasks
  • Experience with office administration, supply inventory, office reports and other tasks that might be assigned
  • Maintain and uphold 5’s Housekeeping Management within the facility
  • Assist in all company events, programs and engagement activities
Qualified Applicants:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration / Tourism / Hospitality
  • At least Two (2) year work experience, preferably in a high-demand IT-BPO-Call Center / Hotel / Hospitality / Travel and Tour environment.
  • Great English communication skills.
  • On-call and willing to work overtime
  • Hardworking and willing to be trained
  • Only successful applicant could be contacted
  • Can start immediately or before 3rd week of October 2019
