TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Manage Technical Support / Customer Support Team
  • Hire/Fire/Train Technical Support Reps
  • Develop training materials including curriculum and content
  • Build and maintain technical support knowledge base and FAQs
  • Meet minimum customer service response time goals
  • Handle elevated technical support tickets 
Qualifications
 
Required
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • 7 years of experience as a Technical Support preferably in a software company
  • Strong technical training or education on software and/or computer networking
  • Experience managing people (hiring, firing, performance reviews, etc)
  • Ability to work during US hours 6 AM PST to 6 PM PST 
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati office
  • Organized and disciplined - consistency in attendance
