CALL CENTER OPERATIONS MANAGER
 
Summary:
 
Responsible for managing the entire Operations.

Acts as the manager for all campaigns, program of company, ojts, interns and employees relative to the work and responsible for new client acquisition, project & team management.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Operations Manager work, such as but not limited to the following:
1. Train company Ojts, interns and employees.
2. Market the products/services to potential customers
3. Conduct research for potential markets abroad.
4. Draft and finalize reports from Supervisors, leaders to customers.
5. Manage the project, the team, and the current customer needs.
6. Ensure the productivity and efficiency of the team.
  • Search, create and innovate ideas for the campaign and other marketing applications.
  • Other related Operations Manager tasks and activities.
  • Attends to customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Translations, if necessary. Sales functions, if required.
  • Assist, cancel or upgrade accounts, handles changes in order, policies or renewals.
  • Handles confidential company information.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information.
  • Act as the company gatekeeper. Teach as needed.
  • Work with the manager, CFO to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Handle other tasks, as needed by management.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing or preferred fields.
  • Significant knowledge on Project Management, Data & Analysis and Marketing applications.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with Excel and Powerpoint, and Web Mechanics.
Experience: 
  • At least 3 - 5 years of extensive experience in the related field.
Personality:
  •  Ability to communicate effectively with external parties and internal employees.
